Introduction
Welcome to InnovatewithAIMA. These Terms of Service describe the terms under which InnovatewithAIMA Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides its platform, services, and content, including our website and app (collectively, the “Platform”). InnovatewithAIMA operates as an online aggregator, connecting users to offers, gigs, jobs, and services from vetted partners and collaborators - please note: all services from vetted partners are always subject to a fee of 10% which will be deducted on completion.
We do not directly participate in the agreements or cooperation between our users unless they opt in through our app. All interactions and transactions performed on our Platform are managed independently by users. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
Signing Up
To use our Platform, you must first complete the process called "Registration." The Platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years old or older. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Starting your Registration requires you to submit an email address and other necessary information, including but not limited to your name, age, and country. You may also be required to complete quizzes or questionnaires, which may collect additional data such as personality traits, skill assessments, and preferences. By completing the registration process, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and accessible to you when necessary. Should any information be found incorrect, we reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your Registration.
Role as an Online Aggregator and Third-Party Offers
InnovatewithAIMA operates as an online aggregator, hosting a Platform that connects users to vetted offers, gigs, jobs, and services from third-party partners and collaborators. We facilitate connections between users and these third-party offers, but we do not directly manage the cooperation between users and third parties unless the user explicitly opts in for this through our Platform.
Access to Offers and Services
1. Partner Offers: InnovatewithAIMA provides access to offers from vetted third parties that are protected by contracts to ensure the security of both the user and InnovatewithAIMA. In some instances, we may provide access to offers on behalf of the user, or users may be redirected to third-party websites to access these offers.
2. Independent Transactions: All offers, gigs, or jobs accessed via our Platform are managed and performed independently by the users. InnovatewithAIMA does not directly participate in these transactions unless specifically agreed upon within the Platform- please note: all services from vetted partners are always subject to a fee of 10% which will be deducted on completion.
3. No Direct Liability: InnovatewithAIMA does not assume responsibility for the quality, performance, or fulfillment of any third-party offers unless explicitly stated within our agreement. Users must ensure they understand the terms and conditions of any third-party offer accessed through our Platform.

During registration, quizzes, or while using the Platform, we may collect information including, but not limited to:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, age, location, and other contact details.
- Registration Data: Information provided during account setup, such as username, password, and profile data.
-Quizzes and Questionnaires: Data related to your skills, preferences, personality traits, and any other responses provided in quizzes or assessments.

We are not responsible for the execution, quality, or results of any third-party services accessed through our Platform unless explicitly stated in a specific agreement.
