- Non-Discrimination: Discrimination based on gender, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other basis is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the suspension or removal of your account.
2.2 Restrictions on Usage
- Prohibited Actions: Users are not permitted to solicit other users for direct transactions or engagements outside the InnovatewithAIMA Platform. Any attempt to circumvent our Platform will result in account suspension or termination.
- Misuse of Information: Personal data exchanged for service purposes must be handled with care and used solely for the intended purpose of completing services within the Platform.
3. Non-Permitted Usage
- Adult Services: InnovatewithAIMA does not allow the exchange of adult-oriented or pornographic materials or services.
- Inappropriate Behaviour and Language: All communications should be professional and courteous. InnovatewithAIMA does not tolerate harassment, hate speech, or bullying on the Platform.
- Privacy and Security: Publishing or posting another user's private or confidential information is prohibited. All necessary personal information for completing services should be shared only through designated sections of the Platform.
-Authentic Profiles: Users must provide accurate, truthful information about themselves. Creating false profiles or misrepresenting your identity is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud and Unlawful Use: InnovatewithAIMA must not be used for any illegal purposes, including activities that bypass laws, sanctions, or trade restrictions imposed by any jurisdiction.
4. Violations and Reporting

- Warnings and Penalties: Users may receive warnings for violating our Terms or Community Standards. Repeated or severe violations may result in restrictions on account activity, exclusion from Platform benefits, removal of offers, or permanent account suspension.
- Account Actions: If action is taken against your account, you will be notified via email with an explanation of the violation and available options for review or appeal.

InnovatewithAIMA aggregates and hosts third-party offers, gigs, jobs, and services from partners and collaborators. While we vet our partners to ensure a safe environment, InnovatewithAIMA does not directly manage or participate in the performance of these services unless users explicitly opt in through our Platform. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any third-party service they engage with via our Platform.
6. Abuse and Spam
- Multiple Accounts: Users are limited to one active InnovatewithAIMA account. Additional accounts created to circumvent guidelines, mislead the community, or gain an unfair advantage will be disabled.
- Targeted Abuse: Targeted harassment or abuse of other users, including creating multiple accounts for such purposes, will not be tolerated and will result in account suspension or permanent removal.
- Selling Accounts: Buying or selling InnovatewithAIMA accounts is strictly prohibited.
