Introduction

This Refund and Dispute Policy is part of the Terms of Service for InnovatewithAIMA Ltd and applies to all users of the Platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Plans and Pricing

InnovatewithAIMA offers a range of subscription plans to accommodate different user needs: - Free (Learn and Earn): Access to limited features. - Freelancer Trial Plan: £13.00 one-time, includes a 30-day trial with 3 new daily searches. - Freelancer Pro Plan: £69.99 for 3 months access, includes 300 search credits per month. - Freelancer Pro Yearly Plan: £174.99 for 12 months access, includes 450 search credits per month and additional in-app "credits" for purchase. - Agency/Team Plan: Custom pricing, includes a personalized phone app. Each plan provides specific access levels and features, as outlined at the time of purchase. Upon completion of any trial period, the user will retain the Free benefits associated with their initial plan and will not be obligated to any future plans or monthly payments. If they choose to decline or accept a new plan at the end of the trial, their decision will be honoured with no additional commitments or costs. Please note that declining a new plan may result in the loss of access to certain features included in the trial.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by subscription plan and is designed to ensure fairness for both InnovatewithAIMA and our users. - Free Plan - No refunds are available for the Free Plan as it is provided without charge. - Freelancer Plan - Trial Period: The Freelancer Plan includes a 30-day free trial. Users can cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges. - Paid Periods: Refunds for the Freelancer Plan are not provided once the subscription has transitioned from the free trial to a paid subscription. - Freelancer Pro Plan - Refunds are available within the first 7 days of purchase if the user is not satisfied with the service. After the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for this plan. - If you believe there are extenuating circumstances that justify a refund, please contact our support team at aima@ceocentral.space. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to approve or deny any request. - Freelancer Pro Yearly Plan - Refunds are available within the first 7 days of purchase if the user is not satisfied with the service. After the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for this plan. - If you believe there are extenuating circumstances that justify a refund, please contact our support team at aima@ceocentral.space. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to approve or deny any request. - Agency/Team Plan - Due to the customization and setup involved in the Agency/Team Plan, refunds are not available for this plan once the purchase is complete. - If you encounter issues with the service, please reach out to our support team for assistance. We are committed to working with you to resolve any technical or service-related concerns.

3. Cancellation Policy

- One-time Plans (e.g., Freelancer Plan): Your plan will automatically cancel. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Platform with limited benefits. No further charges will be applied. - Quarterly or Annual Plans (e.g., Freelancer Pro Plan): Cancellations for these plans will stop future billing, but the plan will remain active until the end of the prepaid period. - Agency/Team Plan: Custom agreements may include specific terms regarding cancellations. Please refer to your contract or contact our support team for more information.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you experience issues with our Platform or have concerns about charges, we encourage you to first contact our support team at aima@ceocentral.space to resolve the issue informally. Our goal is to address your concerns promptly and work towards a mutually agreeable solution. - Formal Dispute Process - Mediation: If necessary, disputes may be referred to a neutral third-party mediator. This mediator will help both parties reach an agreement. Mediation fees, if applicable, will be split between both parties. - Arbitration: Should mediation be unsuccessful, disputes may proceed to arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration organization. Arbitration is legally binding, and decisions made are final. The cost of arbitration will be borne by the party initiating the dispute, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

5. Changes to the Refund and Dispute Policy

InnovatewithAIMA reserves the right to modify this Refund and Dispute Policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
